SCSI Command Operation Codes

The first byte of a SCSI Command Descriptor Block contains an operation codes that specifies the command that the application client is requesting the device server perform. Descriptions of the assigned operation code values and the commands they represent are organized in tables that are sorted numerically based on the operation code value or alphabetically based on the command name associated with the operation code. An explanation of the operation code table format is available if you are unfamiliar with these tables.
