[T10] Version Descriptors for USB

Ralph,
Please add Version Descriptors for USB as follows:

  *   Universal Serial Bus 3.2 Specification Revision 1.0
  *   Universal Serial Bus 4 (USB4) Specification Version 1.0
  *   Universal Serial Bus 4 (USB4) Specification Version 2.0

USB4 ver1.0 supports a top speed of 40 Gbps, but only allows USB Tunneling to go up to 20 Gbps (i.e., Gen X speeds).

USB4 ver2.0 supports a top speed of 80 Gbps and also allows USB Tunneling at 80 Gbps (i.e., Gen T speeds), therefore I think both v1.0 and v2.0 need to be listed as Gen X and Gen T are very different.
