Howdy Gerry,

How I overlooked 4.36.4.1 befuddles me even now, however.

Based on the presence of the necessary information in 4.36.4.1, I will ask that 22-106r0 be withdrawn as one of the CAP Ad Hoc activities in November.

All the best,
.Ralph

Hi Ralph,
I am OK with what you are proposing for this, but it is already required in the model for storage element depopulation (clause 4.36.4.1). There is a similar requirement in 4.36.5.1 for storage element restoration requirements.
