Gerry Houlder was right. The CAP changes in 21-056r0 *were* more 
complicated than first imagined.

After processing all the changes requested by CAP, a handful of 
remaining uses of "its" were found to have all the ugly incompleteness 
problems that CAP had expunged elsewhere. So, using the same techniques 
as CAP had already applied, the leftover "its" phrases were sent to the 
cutting room floor.
