[T10] T10 Cap tentative schedule

I keep reading 10am CDT start, which is 0800 PDT.

Or is it 10am EDT?

Confused as usual.

Bill,

I appreciate that I did get my T’s in a twist.

However, the comments from T13 are still valid, and it is a burden on the same regulars that complained in T13.

I do acknowledge that personally, I can, and do cope with the sleep deprivation resulting from a 7 AM Thursday meeting and a 7 AM Friday meeting, but those are at the end of the week and I get the weekend to recover. Four days in a row has a greater effect.

I would appreciate it, if we in T10 could hold to the compromise we struck in T13, to start our day long T10 calls on Tuesday and Wednesday at 8 AM Pacific, not 7 AM Pacific (with the intent that they run an hour later).

Thank you,

John

John:

You got the T13 meeting mixed with the T10 meeting. There was not a discussion on this, and I as chair chose the 10:00 CDT (7:00 PDT) start. This allows PDT to start at 7AM and EDT to end at 6PM, causing no one to have to go TOO far outside of normal business hours.

I thought we agreed on 8 AM Pacific (9 AM Mountain) starts. Not 7 AM Pacific.

Am I getting my T groups confused?

John

Attached is the tentative May T10 CAP schedule to give you some idea. This is based on the current proposal list. Each proposal gets 45 minutes, except issues lists, that gets 15 minutes.

Schedule is from 9-5 Central based on the virtual host ??, but we will not be doing our normal 1.5 hour lunch. We will be doing like T13 did, taking a break approximately every 2 hours for 30 minutes, allowing different time zones to get lunch closer to your lunch time.

Re-visits are Wednesday afternoon.

If you have conflicts with your expected time, please lets me know so I can try and accommodate any requests.

Thanks

Kevin
