[T10] T10.org will be busy tomorrow between 5 pm and 6:30 Eastern Time

Tomorrow, WD will be upgrading T10.org to use HTTPS instead of the current HTTP.

This change will *not* affect any saved bookmarks or URLs in existing files.

After the changes are complete, accesses to http://www.t10.org/ will automatically be converted https://www.t10.org/ by the webserver software.

The changes will be made between 5 pm and 6:30 pm Eastern Time on Friday, 11 October.
