[T10] Exactly what is a "non-sequential write"?

A few too many occurrences of the non-specific phrase "non-sequential writes" caused the ZBC-2 editor to sharpen another proposal pencil.

Depending upon circumstances "non-sequential writes" can be either "non-sequential write commands" or "non-sequential write operations". T10/19-077r0 provides the starting point for establishing which is which (take that ANSI editor!).
