[T10] Comment about the Sept. T10 meeting announcement

Hi,
I have noticed that the official T10 meeting announcement for the Sept. T10
meeting in Colorado Springs doesn't include some important details about
the hotel. It doesn't include what the room rate should be or whether there
are extra fees like parking. The room rate information is important so i
can verify that i am being booked properly. Can you please add this to the
meeting announcement?
