[T10] Letter ballot on the project proposal for ZBC/AM1

While we reviewed the ZBC/AM1 project proposal at the January meeting and then voted on it at the March meeting, I failed to get the item on the posted agenda 2 weeks prior to the March T10 plenary meeting. Because of this, the vote taken at the March meeting is not valid. In order to complete the project proposal process as quickly as possible, there will be a 14 day letter ballot started later today, initiated by the INCITS Secretariat. The question is the same question that we already voted on at the last plenary, but the 14 day letter ballot meets the requirement of 2 week notice before voting to start a new project.
