My customers do not want to see a Unit Attention for inquiry data changed
every time a deferred microcode is saved. The whole purpose for deferred
microcode is to allow for non-disruptive microcode update. An INQUIRY DATA
CHANGED UA is disruptive.

I can see benefit to having an indication that there is deferred microcode
present, but that method of indication can't be disruptive.
