Given my current budget for standards people, I cannot afford to "halve" any of my folks. The HR paperwork to do that is quite cumbersome and lengthy. Thank you to whoever came to this realization, and helped to correct it.

News has been received regarding (not one but) two conflicts with the September 2017 T10 Week dates, and as a result, a change is strongly recommended.
* Unless a change is made, T10 will have to slice its International
Representative in half so that he can be present at both the ISO/IEC
SC 25 meetings and CAP.
* Those members with presentations to make at the 2017 SNIA Storage
Developers Conference will need to effect similar extraordinary
In order to keep the number of organizations shuffling their calendars to a minimum, the Micron host of the September 2017 T10 Week has agreed to move the festivities to 18-22 September (which is one week later than the current calendar shows).
A motion to formalize this change will be on the docket for the November
If anyone is aware of addition considerations that should affect the choice of the September 2017 T10 Week, now would be a good time to step forward and this forum would be a fine place to do so.
