[T10] Mail issue fixed

Some of you may have noticed a WD Confidential statement added to all of the E-Mail on the T13 reflector as well as things like T10 document number requests.  We have addressed this issue and the confidential tag line should no longer be present.  Please forward any E-Mail that contains a WD Confidential tag line dated after 1-Feb to Curtis.Stevens at wdc.com<mailto:Curtis.Stevens at wdc.com> from @T10.org or @T13.org  for analysis.
