[T10] What should the PTT state machines jump if it detects a differential high signal level for less than 12 UIs in PTT_PL3 state

Hi,
About the detection of pattern marker, SAS protocol describe the valid and invalid rule of detection as follows:

What should the PTT state machines jump if it detects a differential high signal level for less than 12 UIs in PTT_PL3 state.
Consider it to be invalid and jump to PTT_PL4 state? Or ignore it, stay in PTT_PL3 and start a new detection?
