Shouldn't SPC-2 be stabilized since it is the last standard defining 
RESERVE/RELEASE?
ADT-2 should be reaffirmed. There is a follow-on standard being worked so 
I don't think we should stabilize.
SSC-3 has follow-on standards that are being worked. I can't find SSC-4 on 
the INCITS website, but I believe it is published. That is the one we want 
to be used.

Stabilize/Reaffirm/Withdraw handling for 8 US Adopted US standards and 5 
US Adopted ISO/IEC standards.
