SCSI doesn't define a "BOOT LU" -- logical units are either present and
available (TUR gets GOOD status and READ commands return the requested
data) or they are not (TUR and READ commands will get CHECK CONDITION with
Sense key=ILLEGAL REQUEST (05) and additional sense code=LOGICAL UNIT NOT
SUPPORTED (25 00).
