Condolences message to ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 25 regarding the passing of Dr. Water von Pattay

During the May T10 Plenary, I promised to work with the T10 IR to deliver
specific T10 condolences to the chair of ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 25 regarding the
passing of Dr. Water von Pattay.
With the assistance of the T10 leadership, that message has been completed
and sent to the T10 IR for delivery to Mr. Gerd Weking, the SC 25 chair.
