If the call this afternoon has 15-191 on its agenda, then the newly posted
(much less invasive) counter proposal in 15-199 also needs to be discussed.
As a matter of full disclosure, 15-199 has a companion document that proposes
changes to the T10 Style Guide (15-200, to be precise). However, I am not
proposing to drag Style Guide changes into the ZBC call.
