Based on a series of comment from Tim Symons of PMC have been looking for the
use of the term << credit >> in SPL-3. Currently SPL-3 contains the following
terms (excluding names, arguments, confirmations, requests, timers, and
anything else with any capital letters in the term << credit >>:
credit
SSP frame credit
transmit frame credit
receive credit
receive frame credit
I suggest using three terms:
<< SSP frame credit >> when the description is referring to receive frame
credit and transmit frame credit.
<< Transmit SSP frame credit >> when the description is referring to transmit
frame credit.
<< Receive SSP frame credit >> when the description is referring to receive
frame credit.
I will reply to Tim's comments with these changes, unless I hear objections.
Bye for now,
