Media access command type. See footnote d, 12-139r4, and 12-139r5. r5
changed the footnote from "media access command type" to "logical block
access command type" without changing the acronym in the table header; they
should be kept in sync.

Subject: Another question on the commands table
I am working on the letter ballot comments on SBC-3 and the title of one of
the columns is MACT In the Commands for direct-access block device table
(table 31) and I can't figure out what it is supposed to mean.
Does anyone know the what MACT stands for???
