Looking at Bob Snively's 12-101r2, it was "Name Address Authority" in the
proposal.
IEEE itself does not seem to define NAA, only reference T10 and Fiber
Channel. They reference T10 when providing guidelines for  EUI-64
(http://standards.ieee.org/develop/regauth/tut/eui64.pdf) and  when providing
guidelines for using OUI's for Fibre Channel
(http://standards.ieee.org/develop/regauth/tut/fibre.pdf).
