Rates quoted are Canadian Dollars.
Today's exchange rate is around parity, but when we made the meeting
reservation it was (and normally is) in favour of the US dollar.

In the meeting announcement

quoted in Canadian or US dollars?  At the moment they're very close to
par, but that could change.
