It was brought to my attention that subsidiary logical units
cannot be well-known logical units, a fact which 12-247r3 omitted.
Another concern is that neither administrative nor subsidiary
logical units can be dependent logical units. Among other things,
the LUN format requirements conflict if this is allowed.
A new revision has been uploaded to include these facts.
