Hello Paul and Gerry,
The MMC devices use Streaming bit in Read12 command instead of Read
Continuous
bit in the mode page.
There is no problem to obsolete the bit.

Quantum has no objection to obsoleting this bit.

Subject: Can we obsolete the Read Continuous bit?
I have the impression that the READ CONTINUOUS bit, in the READ WRITE
RECOVERY
mode page, is not used by anyone. I think it boils down to everyone wanting
data that can be trusted, even in video applications. Does anyone have an
application that justifies keeping this feature?
