3.  11-221r8: Table 37 (pdf page 164) has TJ at 0.25 UI but no pattern is
defined. The value is carried forward from 6Gbps, however, this measurement
is de-embedded to the "ball" rather than including the mated connector pair
and TxRx segment between the IC and the connector. A repeating 0011b or
1100b pattern was used for 6Gbps to avoid error induced by equalization.
What should we use for at the ball with 12Gbps? Initial issue is brought up
on this call for further discussion at the f2F.
