Hello Mignon,
This is possible if both the PHYs is associated with the same Wide Port.
In your case, since PHY A and PHY B both are part of same wide port, both of
these can transmit Data Burst of the single command.

Regarding Wide Ports, is it possible for the initiator to transmit the first
burst data using a different phy from the phy used in transmitting the
command?
Please refer to the diagram below (both connections are open).
