Self-test Results log page padding

  In Colorado Springs, the CAP group discussed the correct
way to fill unused entries in the Self-test Results log
page. Two options were discussed:
+ Padding with all zeros
+ Filling with zero-valued log parameters
The latter case differs from the former in that the
Parameter Control and Length bits are not zero.
Affected parties agreed to determine their existing
implementations as inputs to development of the
proposed new text.
The next rev of the proposal is floating to the top
of the to-do list. Does anybody wish to report the
results of their research prior to the proposal
drafting session?
