SPC4r22 includes the editorial assignment of  Version descriptors (Table
139) for "IEEE 1667 no version claimed" and "IEEE 1667-2006"
These are sufficient to solve the problem of differentiating SAM
compliant IEEE 1667 devices from legacy devices which may be

1667 Bit Meeting Cancelled
I got a bunch of status delivery notifications on the1667 bit meeting
cancellation. We have an agreed solution which does not involve the
definition of a new bit, so the meeting has been cancelled.
