Hi T10,
SPL Figure 146 shows message "SMP Frame Receive Timeout" in state
This message is not covered by the clause describing this state
Looking back at SAS 1.1, there used to be a vendor specific "SMP Frame
Receive Timeout timer".  On expiry of this timer, MT_IP informed the
management application, and sent a Break request to the Port Layer.
This would appear to account for the message shown in Fig 146.
In SAS 2 / SPL the timing requirement has shifted to the MT_TP state
machine, but it's now unclear what the MT_IP response should be in the
event of a timeout.
