Here are two items.
1st item:
Fuji reflector will stop from 12/3 to 12/15.
2nd item:
Sorry I did not work for ODD Zero Power Effort description in Fuji.
Anyway I did not receive proposal or comment.
So after recovery of Fuji reflector, I would like to send chair's proposal to
all.

Fuji servers and I will move office at 12/3 (Japan time).
Therefore two weeks from 12/3 to 12/15, Fuji reflector and ftp will be
suspended.
