I have uploaded a proposal to the T10 website related to encryption 
attributes.  This allows for controlling how encryption keys are used, 
protected, created, modified, etc.  I plan on discussing this in Bellevue. 
 This is not a trivial addition to SSC-3 and it would behoove those 
interested to review it prior to the SSC-3 WG meeting.
