I believe your text is still incorrect, as it is unclear whether the
"expect the REQUEST SENSE command" applies to both reinitialized and
start or just reinitialized. My reading would say both, which is not
correct.
If any power condition timer in the Power Condition mode page is
enabled, then that timer shall be stopped on receipt of a command. On
completion of the command:
1) if the command was not a REQUEST SENSE command (see 6.29) then,
all enabled timers shall be reinitialized based on their Power Condition
mode page values ; and
2) all enabled timers shall be started.

Subject: Error in new power conditions model section
The following new wording added to section 5.10.1 Power conditions
overview is not correct:
If any power condition timer in the Power Condition mode page is
enabled, then that timer shall be stopped on receipt of a command. On
completion of the command, all enabled timers shall be reinitialized
based on their Power Condition mode page values and then started.
That wording conflicts with the following wording in section 6.29
REQUEST SENSE command:
Upon completion of the REQUEST SENSE command, the logical unit shall
return to the same power condition that was active before the REQUEST
SENSE command was received. A REQUEST SENSE command shall not reset any
power condition timers.
The wording that should have been put into section 5.10.1 Power
condition overview should have been:
If any power condition timer in the Power Condition mode page is
enabled, then that timer shall be stopped on receipt of a command. On
completion of the command, except the REQUEST SENSE command (see 6.29),
all enabled timers shall be reinitialized based on their Power Condition
mode page values and then started.
