Hi Daivd,
I think that many people cannot access your URL because they do not have
Verisign Certificate.
Does MS have a plane to disclose the information on <
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/winlogo/default.mspx>?
Or is it included in v.3.09?
I think even if there is no feedback path, it is a help for MMC/Fuji members
to
talk about some description in MMC/Fuji document.
Best regards,
Keiji Katata

$B7oL>(B: MMC/Mt Fuji: New optical device 2008 logo requirements open for
feedback
Hello,
While this is not a discussion item about the specifications themselves, I
expect this announcement to be relevant to almost all the engineers and
companies working on the Mt Fuji and MMC standards.
New WHQL logo requirements for optical devices are available for feedback
(peripheral device type 5 which is specified by MMC and Mt Fuji). To access
the
requirements, you will need an account on https://winqual.microsoft.com/
After logging into this WHQL portal, select $B!H(BWindows LogoPoint |
Home$B!I(B on the
left hand menu. Then select $B!H(BRequirements$B!I(B on the left hand
menu. A Search will
be displayed. On the right hand side will be a $B!H(BResults
Filter$B!I(B. At the bottom
of this $B!H(BResults Filter$B!I(B, copy the following
$B!H(BRequirement ID$B!I(B and hit $B!H(BUpdate$B!I(B:
STORAGE-0013
The page should refresh with only the optical device requirements now. Click
on
$B!H(BSTORAGE-0013$B!I(B to view the requirements. You will also get the
$B!H(BCreate Feedback$B!I(B
for these requirements at the bottom of the page.
Best regards,
David Burg.
