SSC-3 Read Block Limits

The SSC-3 Read Block Limits GRANULARITY field specifies the supported
block size granularity. We have a stream device that supports a
granularity of one for variable-block transfers and 256 for fixed-block
transfers. Similarly, the maximum block size is different for
fixed-block transfers and variable-block transfers. How is this supposed
to be specified using the Read Block Limits command ?
