Vicky Duerk <vicky.p.duerk at intel.com> attempted to post a message to the T10
Reflector that got bounced because the file size was too big. I reduced the
color depth the offending GIF file to get it down to an acceptable size. Her
message included the following text.

The following highlighted OPEN_REJECT (RESERVED CONTINUE 0/1) primitives and
OPEN_REJECT (RESERVED STOP 0/1) primitives seems to have their labels c and b
swapped according to the footnote of the table.  Please clarify.  Thank you.
