Updated draft for HD DVD-R DL

Dear all,
Toshiba prepared the updated draft for HD DVD-R DL.
I asked Pioneer to upload the draft to Mt.Fuji FTP site just now.
Please confirm the new draft later.
The revised points are as follows;
1. Writing data on L1
The WRITE command which intends to write data on L1 is allowed 
even if Guard Track Zone is not padded by issuing Format Unit command (Format
code = 17h). 
In this case, the drive shall pad Guard Track Zone automatically.
This issue is a request from the software vender.
2. Middle Area expansion
Format code (READ/SEND DISC STRUCTURE command) is changed from 25h to 20h.
