Hi Wasim,
Set CD Speed may not work for DVD, HD-DVD and BD. Applying to other than CD
is
vender specific.
This is the reason why it is not Set DVD Speed.

We have a command in specifications as "SET CD SPEED" to select a
preferred physical speed foe CD media. Is there any such command
available for DVD media?
