I want to focus on pure PHY issues rather than protocol (OOB impact of
training requirements, etc.)=20
Also need to discuss a time change for December 15 to afternoon rather
than morning. I have a conflict with the morning time that cannot be

What amount of time is necessary for adjustment convergence to get a
good-enough error ratio to continue after "the red line"?=20
