The Mt. Fuji plenary meeting is scheduled as follows;

- August 23 Tue,  10:00 - 17:00 Mt. Fuji - hosted by Toshiba, Hamamatsu-cho Tokyo

- August 24 Wed,  9:30 - 12:30 Mt. Fuji - hosted by JVC, Tokyo area (Yokohama)


The 1st-day meeting is scheduled as follows;

	August 23 (Tuesday)   10:00 am -  5:00 pm

2. Place
	Toshiba Headquaters Building 39th floor, Room 3915 (Available from 9:30)

	Seven minutes on foot through passage from Hamamatsucho Station,
	Yamanote Line or Keihin-Tohoku Line. (JR) 

3. Request for attendees
	Please inform JVC(Yoshihara-san) and me of the names of the attendants 
	by "August 19 (JST)".

	NOTE: ATTENDEE LIST is required for security reason and preparing
	the meeting facilities. Lunch will be provided.
