HP submitted a letter ballot comment on SPC-3 suggesting obsoleting the
ASCII Implemented Operating Definition VPD page 82h (section 7.6.2 of
spc3r21a).  At the last SPC-3 letter ballot comment resolution meeting,
Ralph Weber asked that a notice be sent to the T10 reflector to see if
anyone objects.

The page was related to the CHANGE DEFINITION command, which was
obsoleted long ago (last seen in SPC-1).  There is no definition of
"operating definitions" in SAM-3 or SPC-3 any more to give this page =
any
meaning.
