MMC-4 error tables: Vendor specific error codes

Hello,

I have noticed that the sense codes 80 xx to FF xx are defined as Vendor
Specific in Mt Fuji 5 spec revision 1.59 (Table 499 - All Error Codes
(Sheet 8 of 8)). I could not find this information in the MMC-4 draft
revision 2h. Can it be added at the end of table F.10?
