Near Final SAM-3 Letter Ballot comments resolution

These documents contain proposed resolutions for all but six
of the SAM-3 Letter Ballot comments.

I anticipate that the remaining six comments will be
resolved during the September CAP meeting.

In the absence of any unforeseen difficulties, SAM-3 will
be forwarded to first Public Review by the September T10
Plenary.

If you have been delaying review of the SAM-3 Letter
Ballot activities until the last minute, that time has
arrived.
