This Serial Attached SCSI proposal:
	02-198r0 SAS OOB timing
is now available on the T10 web site.  

As requested in the May SAS Study Group meeting, it makes the COMSAS
burst time 160 UIs like the other OOB signals and increases the COMSAS
idle time to 1440 UIs.

It also splits the OOB timing tables into general, transmit, and receive
sections.
