descriptor) the descriptor length is noted as (n-4). This should be (n-3).

SPC-3 r04 is available as:

SPC-3 r04 contains all of the persistent
reservations changes approved to date,
mode subpages, and everything except
ACLs and Wakeup.
If you have any interest in persistent
reservations, SPC-3 r04 would be worth
the download time.
