SSC-2: Obsolete Medium Partition mode pages(2-4)

Howdy Dennis,

I was just putting together a message to the tape folk regarding this.
Since the max size of a mode page is 256 bytes, up to 124 partitions can
be specified.
The 64 partition limit currently specified in the PARTITION SIZE field
text can be increased to 124 if Medium Partition mode pages(2-4) are
obsoleted...dap
