Could someone clarify for me the proper behavior when an initiator port
holding a persistent reservation re-registers with a new reservation key?

I believe the proper behavior is to change both the reservation key of the
initiator and the reservation key associated with the current reservation
(since the reservation holder's key is changing). What raises the question
is in the second to last paragraph in section 5.5.3.4 of SPC-3r1 where it
states "(i.e., an initiator may change its reservation key without
affecting any previously created reservation)."
