For SBC-2 (SCSI Block Commands - 2), do optical memory block devices
(type 7) and write-once block devices (type 4) need to support > 2 TB
addresses or not?

This would require adding > 2 TB versions of these commands:
ERASE (optical)
MEDIUM SCAN (optical and write-once)
READ GENERATION (optical)
READ UPDATED BLOCK (optical)
UPDATE BLOCK (optical)

Those device types are already listed as inheriting the >2 TB READ,
WRITE, etc. commands.
