SBP-3 June Meeting *** URGENT ***

Out of deference to concerns expressed at the last working group meeting in 
re international travel (and the difficulties in obtaining approval 
thereof), I've investigated meeting space in Chicago. I have TENTATIVE 
arrangements as follows:

Omni Chicago Hotel, 676 N Michigan Ave: $175 / night

Tuesday and Wednesday, June 5 - 6

There is little need of obtaining a rental car for this meeting, as 
downtown Chicago affords ample restaurant and other opportunities within 
walking distance of the hotel.

Plans are not yet confirmed with the hotel, but (once they are) the 
RESERVATION CUT-OFF date will be Monday, May 28.

I trust this gives everyone ample opportunity to make their travel plans.

I would VERY much appreciate it if you would PROMPTLY either a) RSVP 
directly to me that these plans are OK or b) raise any objections you may 
have on the reflector(s) or in direct correspondence.
