As requested by the T11.3/T10 joint working group, I modified the command
description to remove the ambiguity about whether it affects only the
current medium.  I also put in the 0Bh opcode, as requested by Ralph.  The
document is now on the web site:

I'll investigate whether any other SSC commands, etc. need to be similarly
disambiguated.  If the answer is no, then I will not put up a new document.
