   I was just typing another mail to the reflector about this and it's good that 
I can use your info. too on this!  The information in the last-but-one paragraph 
in 10.8.3.3.2: 
   
   "2) shall not transition the REQ signal ..." 
   
   is in conflict with the information in the last para. of 14.1 and that in the 
10th para. of 14.3.4.: 
   
   "During a sequence of SPI data stream information units the the offset count 
is not required to go to zero ..."
