SPI-3 r11 and 99-350r0

Rev 11 of SPI-3 is now available on the t10 web site (see below). It
contains many changes that have occurred as a result of the letter ballot
comments. However, there are still several comments that cannot be resolved
without discussion. At this point of the 375 comments 4 from Brea, 5 from
Compaq, and 21 from Seagate have not been resolved. This means rev 11 is
not the final version and will have more modifications over the next few
months.
You should look over the changes (they are all marked) to see if there are
any you may have issue with and be ready to point them out. I leave this up
to you to do. Also you should look over the unresolved issues (they are
indicated in document 99-350r0 and marked with a GOP ) as these will be
being discussed whenever time is available.
The first rev of the comments resolution document is 99-350r0 and it is
also available on the t10 web site (see below).
